Erika Randall is a professor of dance in the Department of Theatre and Dance and served as department chair until assuming the role of associate dean for student success. She has been a member of the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ faculty since 2007.

As associate dean for student success, Randall is committed to creating a learning environment in which all students can fulfill their potentials and achieve their goals. She oversees  A&S Academic Advising and Coaching, student recruitment and scholarships for the College of Arts and Sciences, and also its residential academic programs and the curriculum office.
