To ensure efficient assistance:
When emailing or leaving a voicemail, make sure that you clearly identify yourself, clearly state your question/request, and provide any helpful details/context.

A&S AAC phone line: 303-492-0117
We understand the convenience of a phone call and are happy to offer that option, but for your benefit, we strongly recommend email. We find that the vast majority of inquiries we receive are more efficiently addressed overÌýemail. Email allows us to send you direct links to pertinent information,ÌýorÌýif your inquiry is not addressed by information that is readily available online, we can copy in/forward you to the most appropriate contact.

Please read! Other important notes onÌýthe A&S AAC communication channels:

  • These communication channels are monitored by our Administrative Coordinator, who is NOTÌýa trainedÌýAcademic Advisor. As such, they are intended onlyÌýto help fieldÌýadvising-related inquiriesÌýof a quick, general nature. If your inquiry is specific/complex/in-depth in nature, you should contact your assigned Academic AdvisorÌýdirectly and/or schedule an appointment with them. Contact information for all of our full-time advisorsÌýcan be foundÌýhere on the 'Our Team' page.
  • Parents/Guardians: We cannot share any specific information about your student's academic records unless they have aÌýFERPA Consent to ReleaseÌýon file for you.ÌýPlease ensure that your student has granted you FERPA authorization AND have your authorization phrase ready before you reachÌýout with any kind of specific/complex/in-depth questions about their academic records. Even then, please understand that our Administrative Coordinator may not be equippedÌýto answer such questions and may need to redirect you to your student's assigned Academic Advisor.
