The purpose of this听special听conference is to foster dialogue between education practitioners, policymakers and researchers around implementing principled approaches to developing and using classroom assessment for teaching and learning. 听For this third special conference on classroom assessment, we emphasize the importance and role of Research-Practice Partnerships between researchers and education practitioners to advance coherent approaches in the design and uses of classroom assessment.听听For fall 2019, this conference will be hosted by the Center for Assessment, Design, Research and Evaluation (CADRE) at the 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 School of Education in partnership with:
About the Conference Theme
This year, the conference will focus on establishing a learning-focused agenda for classroom assessments involving disciplinary experts, educational practitioners, policymakers and researchers.听听Our theme,听鈥淐lassroom Assessment as a Learning Experience,鈥澨�reflects the focus of this agenda on the importance of embedding classroom assessments in curriculum and instruction.听听During this conference, perspectives on the means by which this integration between assessment, curriculum and instruction can take place in the disciplines to foster meaningful learning experiences for both students and teachers will be shared and explored.听
