September 2016 - A new CU-City of Boulder partnership is inaugurated, the Alpine-Balsam Ecodistrict: A Boulder Community Project. This involves use of material and experience related to the Alpine-Balsam听community hopsital听redevelopment for design and delivery of urban design/planning course modules听to approximately 150 graduate, undergraduate and middle school听students. 听
