Ponderosa听 Mobile Home Park is a diverse community of 68 homeowners. In August 2017, the city of Boulder purchased Ponderosa听for $4.2 million to protect and preserve long-term affordability for the park, annex the property into the city听and replace outdated infrastructure. Over the next two years听the city and Trestle Strategy Group worked with residents and community partners to plan for the future of Ponderosa, including infrastructure replacement options and housing solutions that supported the current residents.听听
