Heather Shocker is the Principal聽Program Manager for the Center for National Security Initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Wilkes University, a M.S. in Geology from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Throughout her career, Heather has supported the US Intelligence and Defense communities, and international allies, as an analyst, program manager and business development professional. 聽
