Kendra received a B.S. in Physics with a Biomedical Concentration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She听entered听IQ Biology through the Materials Science and Engineering Program. Kendra听completed her first rotation in Stephanie听Bryant's lab in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. She听completed听her second lab rotation in Wyatt Shields' lab in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Kendra completed her third lab rotation in Ryan Hayward's lab in the Department of听Chemical and Biological Engineering. For听her听team rotation, Kendra听worked with two听other IQ students in听Kayla Sprenger's (Chemical and Biological Engineering) and Mark Borden's (Mechanical Engineering) labs. In May 2022, Kendra joined the Shields lab.
