A playing card being split with a bulletThe College of Media, Communication and Information and (JPL) are sponsoring a for students interested in learning the basics of high speed camera photography and post-production workflow. With application potential in the areas of art, research, filmmaking, military, engineering听and broadcasting -- come learn how this technique can benefit your area of study. The workshop will be led by Josh Krohn, an award winning filmmaker and Imaging Specialist from NASA鈥檚 Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Upon completing a Masters in Television, Film听and New Media, Josh Krohn specialized in high-speed imaging in Los Angeles. His work has appeared on the National Geographic Channel, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Discovery Channel听as well as dozens of music videos and commercials. Josh also works full-time at NASA鈥檚 Jet Propulsion Laboratory as an Imaging Specialist testing spacecraft technology.
