Before joining APRD as a doctoral student, Yu-Han worked as a deputy mayor鈥檚 secretary at New Taipei City Government in Taiwan. She earned her master鈥檚 degree in Communication from the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University in Beijing and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in the Department of Journalism from Shih Hsin University in Taipei. Her research interests involve CSR communication, public diplomacy and political communication.
