Mark is a professor in °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼'s Department of Applied Mathematics, joining the faculty in Summer 2014. ÌýHe founded the Dispersive Hydrodynamics Lab in Fall 2014, Applied Math's first experimental laboratory. ÌýHe enjoys teaching and doing research with enthusiastic, young applied mathematicians and scientists who remind him to remain young at heart andÌýopen to new things.ÌýÌýIn his free time, Mark enjoys going on hikes with his wife Jill and dog Piper. ÌýHe also practices meditation!
