Teaching Assistant Professor Christy Rogers attended the 2022 Annual Conference From Peaks to Prairie: Diversity and Disturbance in Front Range Ecosystems. This summer, students at various class levels enhanced their academic journey by continuing their coursework with听summer offerings. First-year students designed site plans for 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 and proposed a redevelopment in Downtown boulder. Students in the multi-major, landscape and planning studio developed a proposal of sustainablity strategies for a site located in Longmont, Colorado. Upper-level students honed their communication and presentation skills for archtectural design and others traveled to New Mexico, Italy and Colombia for a global experience.

Saturday, Sept. 24 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Boulder
In partnership with Month of Modern, join AIAS board members as they tour beautiful interiors of some of the most inspiring private homes in Boulder鈥檚 neighborhoods.
Tour听details:
Ticketed Event 鈥 six private homes, will be open for self-guided tours in this event sponsored by Month of Modern. Proceeds will go to Historic Boulder.
200-300 expected attendees throughout the day
Volunteer stewards at each home to keep a gentle eye on visitors
All shoes will be removed and visitors will be given shoe covers
Stanchions and ropes provided to guide and indicate where visitors can go in a house
Volunteer to be a Steward for Month of Modern
The Month of Modern event committee is seeking volunteers to participate as House Hosts on the tour. There are two shifts available at each home (9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 12:30-4 p.m.). Lunch will be provided, and volunteers are offered a free ticket to go on the home tour for the听second half of their day.听
