I&S HR presents: Mindfulness for the Holidays with FSAP coming Dec. 15

Embrace mindfulness this holiday season by focusing on your body, emotions, mind and relationships. Learn to manage stress through mindfulness practices like meditation, cognitive restructuring, emotional awareness, communication, movement and daily self-care.

The new year is almost here. We want your tax season to go smoothly and for you to receive your forms on time and know what to expect when you file.

Submitting/tracking holiday leave using AiM or MyLeave

The 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 is standardizing administrative leave during the holiday season this year, granting three-and-a-half (eight-hour) days (prorated for part-time appointments) to reward faculty and staff. Find out how to submit holiday leave requests and which leave codes to use.

Retiring from CU for PERA participants: coming Jan. 10

You鈥檝e worked hard for the University of Colorado 鈥 and if you鈥檙e contemplating retirement, we want you to know what benefits are available to you. If you are five years or fewer before you retire, it's time to begin planning. These sessions are designed to be helpful to all staff, no matter how far out from retirement. Translation services will be provided. More information on session times and locations will be sent out in the coming weeks 鈥 stay tuned!

Reminder 鈥 use vacation leave by July 1, 2024

CU allows full-time staff to keep a maximum of 44 days (or 352 hours) of vacation within a fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). If you meet this maximum, you must either take or schedule vacation before June 30, or you will lose it. Double check your leave balances now, and make plans to use any hours of vacation time over the maximum allowable accrual time before the July 1 leave sweep deadline. As always, vacation leave requests are subject to the approval of your supervisor; don鈥檛 wait until June to put in your leave requests. If you have any questions regarding vacation leave, please contact your supervisor or Tanya Patzer.

Information Security Awareness training requirement

All CU employees (faculty, staff and student employees) must complete the University鈥檚 Information Security Awareness training course within the first 60 days of employment and every two years thereafter.

Winning names unveiled for new electric Buff Buses
