Assistant Professor Andrew Tan is one of eight outstanding biomedical researchers who have been named 2024 Boettcher Investigators.  This honor includes a $250,000 grant from the Boettcher Foundation's Webb-Waring Biomedical Research Program to cover up to three years of biomedical research.  The grants are awarded to early career Investigators to establish themselves and their research.  Dr. Tan's research includes identifying predictive biomarkers for intermittent hypoxia-induced motor recovery and learning in persons with incomplete spinal cord injury (iSCI).
