When Coors Events Center hosts the Republican presidential candidates for a debate on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the College of Music community will be well represented. Performance Certificate student Meagan Mahlberg will be singing the 鈥淪tar-Spangled Banner鈥 before the debate begins.
Eklund Opera鈥檚 performance of Gioachino Rossini鈥檚 鈥淟a Cenerentola鈥 (鈥淐inderella鈥) this weekend will feature some familiar faces and some new ones, both onstage and behind the scenes.

The CU-Boulder trumpet studio has its sights set on the biggest trumpet competition in the country. Twenty of the studio鈥檚 22 members are getting their materials together to enter the National Trumpet Competition in March.
