The Williams Village聽Rec Center聽offers convenient fitness services for students living at Williams Village.

Weight and Cardio Room

The first floor includes a 3,300 square聽foot聽weight room complete with Cybex equipment, Olympic-style weight benches, dumbbells, two treadmills聽and nine Precor ellipticals.

Multipurpose Room

The second floor includes a multipurpose studio used for group fitness classes. Cardiovascular equipment is available for drop-in recreation when classes are not scheduled. This room can be reserved. For more information on reserving this room,聽visit聽the聽Facility Rentals听辫补驳别.

Available Equipment

Patrons will be able to check out various functional fitness equipment from the Williams Village Rec Center Front Desk for use on the Williams Village Lawn. Patrons will be able to choose from a variety of equipment including:

  • medicine balls
  • kettlebells
  • plyo boxes
  • agility ladders, and more.

Equipment must be returned the same day that it is checked out and cannot be used in any location other than the Williams Village Lawn.
