This week we want to bring awareness to the issue of sexual assault on college campuses around the country. Sexual assault is a horrendous crime that needs to end. Look out for those around you and make sure your friends, sisters, brothers, colleagues听and fellow students get home safely. It is time to act. It ends with us.
CU Student Government has been collaborating with other student governments throughout the Pac-12 to take a group stand against sexual assault on our campuses. This past Monday, Oct.听17, marked the first day of the 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录鈥檚 2016 October It鈥檚 On Us Week of Action partnership. It鈥檚 On Us is a national campaign to end sexual assault. It鈥檚 On Us aired a video during this past Saturday鈥檚 homecoming football game. To learn more about It鈥檚 On Us, click and take the pledge to end sexual assault.
Throughout the week there will be events for students to learn about sexual assault, ways to prevent it, and how to take action against it. CU Student Government will also be tabling this听week in the UMC. Stop by and learn more about the issue of sexual assault on our college campus.
