On Thursday, March 9, a conference hosted by Silicon FlatironsÌýwill bring together futurists, entrepreneurs, academicsÌýand policymakers to consider the social implications of artificial intelligence (AI). In particular, after introducing AI and its social, legalÌýand policy implications in a panel format, the conference will discuss AI’s implications for civil rights, law and governance, and the future of the workforce in interactive breakout groups.

Various faculty and directors from across campus, including , Ìýand the , as well as other industry experts will speak.Ìý

, though walk-in registration is welcome. The event is free for °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ faculty, staff and students. General admission is $15.
