Twenty-seven mentor-mentee teams received recognition at a May 19 ceremony for completing the Infrastructure and Safety Mentorship Program (ISMP).

澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 Senior Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer Kelly Fox provided keynote comments and took questions from program participants during the ceremony at the Center for Community Flatirons Room.

Now wrapping up its fifth year, the ISMP is designed to provide Infrastructure and Safety staff with an opportunity for both professional and personal development through a variety of self-directed activities as mentor team participants.

鈥淚鈥檓 so pleased that each of you took the initiative to be a part of this,鈥 Fox told the group. 鈥淲hat I love about this program is the fact that you鈥檙e a mentor-mentee team. It doesn鈥檛 come in with a hierarchical assumption, but rather that we can all learn from each other.鈥

The ISMP started within Facilities Management but was expanded for the 2016鈥17 session to include all departments in the vice chancellor鈥檚 Office for Infrastructure and Safety鈥攁 list that includes the 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 Police听Department; Environmental Health and Safety; Planning, Design and Construction; Facilities Operations and Services; and Real Estate Services. Participants this year ranged from Infrastructure and Safety senior leaders to supervisors and frontline staff.
