You're invited to theÌýCU system Diversity and Inclusion Summit, hosted on the the Boulder campus at the University Memorial Center, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day Nov. 13–14. The event is free and open to all CU students, faculty and staff, and city of Boulder employees.

The summit will includeÌýopening remarks by Alphonse Keasley, associate vice chancellor in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement, CU President Bruce Benson,ÌýBoulder City Manager Jane Brautigam and Chancellor Philip DiStefano, as well as speaker Beverly Daniel Tatum, the author of Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria?

There will also be over 40 informative, challenging and interactiveÌýsessions exploring the theme Intent vs. Impact: Improving Inclusive Interactions. Planned town halls will provide the opportunity for folks to give feedback on the diversity planÌýfor the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ campus.
