Typically, when we think of building an inclusive and diverse community, it is racial/ethnic, gender and gender identity diversity that immediately comes to mind. Also, many times, members of a diverse population are thought of on a univariate dimension and not on a multiple layers. However, there is one underrepresented group of people whom contribute to diversity across all races, ethnicities, ages and genders; people with disabilities.

You Asked. We Listened. The University Libraries would like to thank the hundreds of students and faculty who filled out our recent user survey. We’d like to share what we learned. We made several changes in response the last survey, three years ago, and this year’s results showed big improvements. This year’s survey demonstrated some consistent themes about where we’re succeeding and where we need to improve.
