Chancellor Philip DiStefano, in his annual State of the Campus address, announced plans to retire as chancellor once a new leader for the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ campus has been selected. He will remain at °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼, leading in other roles.

Massimo Ruzzene has announced shifts that will help meet the growing demands of an increasingly complex research environment, fill a need at the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Sciences, and enhance research and innovation work across °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼.

CIRES has a new position that will strengthen the institute’s commitment to working with Indigenous people in science. The inaugural appointee is James Rattling Leaf, Sr.
