Startup company Gogy Inc. and the University of Colorado have executed an exclusive licensing agreement that will enable the company to commercialize the Pedago.gy interactive teaching platform developed at CU-Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. Pedago.gy is a Web application that creates a space for educators and students to engage in additional interaction and dialogue beyond the classroom. It provides a means whereby students and instructors can approach a topic in a collaborative fashion, rather than the typical expert-learner model found in most classrooms.

Engineering students at the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ will host the annual College Egg Drop on April 19 as part of their annual celebration of Engineering Days. JILA was founded as a joint institute between the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ and the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 1962 and will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year. It is located on the CU-Boulder campus. The new X-wing provides advanced laboratories that will support JILA's next 50 years of research breakthroughs, and further encourage training and interdisciplinary research. Like JILA overall, the X-wing is a collaboration between CU and NIST, with each organization sharing in the costs of the $32.7 million building.
