Space Telescope Science Institute sent out a , announcing the observation of the 12th (and last) quasar on our Hubble Cycle 30 program. 聽Charles Danforth (CU/Maxar)and Rongmon Bordoloi (NCSU) are Co-Is. The quasar shown in the image is a 17th magnitude object at redshift z = 2.133 (10.6 billion light years away).
