How is this project funded?
We are grateful for 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录's partnership with the State of Colorado and their support. 澳门开奖结果2023开奖记录 will cover 60% of the cost and is requesting the State of Colorado pay for the remaining 40%. As of October 2022, the state has agreed to fund the first and second phases of the project. In May 2023, the third and final phase was funded.
