Faculty RelationsÌý- The position of director of faculty relations was established in 2007 in recognition of the need to provide services to faculty members and academic administrators to help develop and maintain working relationships that are positive and productive. These services include individual consultation, mediation, assessment of unit dynamics, and investigations of allegations of unprofessional behavior as defined in the PRD (Professional Rights and Duties of Faculty Members.)Ìý
Ombuds Office - The Ombuds office assists all °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ students, staff, and faculty with any university-related dispute or concern. The Ombuds Office is a safe, credible, accessible and voluntary resource. Services are offered free of charge and are kept in strict confidence.
Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) - The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) is responsible for three policies at the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼: Sexual Misconduct, Protected Class Discrimination and Harassment, and Conflict of Interest in Amorous Relationships. If you have a need to report an incident or have a question about your responsiblity to report, please contact them directly. They are happy to assist you.Ìý
TheÌýPRR (Professional Rights and Responsibilities of Faculty Members and Roles and Professional Responsibilities of Academic Leaders)Ìýis a document that sets out in broad terms the privileges and responsibilities, as well as the standards of professional conduct of the faculty at °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼.

Ìý-ÌýThe mission of the CU P&T is to provide Faculty Senate members a hearing for grievances involving perceived violations of rights and privileges. That is, P&T is the due-process vehicle for Faculty Senate members. This is a System level committee and eligible °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼ faculty should contact the for more information.Ìý
