Retired NBA player Chauncey Billups (Soc ex) announced that he will open a jazz club, restaurant and lounge in the Five Points鈥� Rossonian Hotel in Denver, which is expected to re-open as a 41-room boutique hotel after nearly two decades of vacancy. Steve, a Bronze聽Star recipient, was the聽public affairs officer in聽Iraq for General David H.聽Petraeus from 2004 to聽2005, and supported the聽training of Iraq鈥檚 security forces.
