Prior, he was assistant dean for online academic programs. Scott holds 35 years鈥� experience in higher education, developing and managing academic and professional development programs in adult, graduate, online and continuing education. He has developed numerous successful degree programs, authored and managed $15 million in federal and workforce development grants and helped to launch a new college campus.
