FAQs

At this time, we only accept credit cards (no Amex) and speedtypes for internal customers.

We use the Creative Cloud to open and print files, so we can print any files compatible with the Adobe suite.

Most common file formats for printing are .psd, .tiff, .dng, jpg.

The highest quality file will yield the best quality image. Avoid lossy file compressions.

Prints can be as large as 44in. on the shortest dimension.

Image resolution is the amount of pixels per linear unit in the image and determines the final output size. Resolution depends on the method of image acquisition, i.e., digital camera, scanner, screenshot, etc.

We calculate resolution based on what the final purpose of the image will be. If you want a high-quality, exhibition-ready print, divide your image size by 360.

Example: Image dimensions are 4435x3326. Divided by 360, the print size would be approximately 12x9in.

For more information on image resolution, we recomend reading the guide Image Resolution and Print Size

The standard we use for callibration is Adobe RGB (1998). If you want to work with sRGB or ProPhoto, please request that we do not convert to our profile.

We accept images on external drives with USB, thunderbolt, and HDMI connections.

At this time, images cannot be edited in our facility. Please bring files ready to print.
