From the Dean of Students: Take care of yourself and look out for each other

Dec. 2, 2015

As the semester winds down and we look forward to Winter Commencement, it is a good time to reflect on what has been a wild semester here at CU-Boulder. From everyday stresses to global events arriving on our doorstep, we know that many people in our community have been impacted by crisis and trauma. Please take care of yourself in this push to the end of the semester and finals – get some sleep, eat well, exercise and drink plenty of water – and, if you need additional support, please contact one of our many campus resources to get the help you need.

Your student government: Join us in this endeavor

Nov. 17, 2015

University of Colorado Student Government Tri-Execs John Lurquin, Boneth Ahaneku, and I have been very shocked by racist incidents on the University of Missouri campus and offer our steadfast support and continued prayers and well wishes to students there on behalf of the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼'s 30,000+ students. While we continue to send forth words of hope and solidarity to those struggling against oppression in communities across the country, the three of us stand ready to act here, at the °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±½á¹û2023¿ª½±¼Ç¼, to make tangible change for people of color. Please join us in this endeavor.
