Buffs Coach Elliott announces inaugural CU Lacrosse schedule

The inaugural University of Colorado lacrosse spring schedule includes eight home matches and nine conference bouts, head coach Ann Elliott announced Tuesday. The Buffs open home play on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014 against Regis. 鈥淎fter being on the road for three games it will be exciting to finally be able to play at home,鈥 Elliott said. 鈥淭his will mark the first ever women鈥檚 Division I lacrosse game at CU and we are very excited to be able to play at home with the support of the community and our fans.鈥

After careful consideration, CU-Boulder Chancellor Philip P. DiStefano has decided that the university will not hold a football game on Saturday, Sept. 14, and that school officials will discuss a possible make-up date for the game.
